Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

• Our body cream is made in small batches to ensure you get the freshest product, so please allow 3-4 business days until your order is shipped.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

• shipping is £3.99 for the UK and £24.99 for the Rest of the World. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

Q: Can I use Alma’s body cream for my hair?

• Yes! Our cream is made of natural ingredients and are incredibly nourishing for hair. You can use to moisturise and even add it to you deep conditioner. It will leave your hair soft and moisturised.

 

Q: What if my body cream melts?

• You can still use and enjoy all the wonderful benefits! Sometimes depending on the temperature during travel melting can happen, but just let it sit in room temperature to solidify. 

 

Q: Does ALMA test on animals?

• No our cream is not tested on animals.

 

Q: Where should I store my cream?

• We recommend you keep it in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight
